Olga Sotiriou
Olga is Settly's Immigration Lead, leveraging more than a decade of expertise in corporate immigration, global mobility, and talent acquisition strategies. She collaborates with clients to craft efficient, compliant immigration programs that streamline the process of hiring international talent. With her prior in-house experience, Olga offers a unique perspective on how immigration intersects with recruitment and HR, guiding companies through complex compliance landscapes without slowing down their ability to attract top global talent.
Mirjam van de Ven
Mirjam is Solutions Manager at Settly and joined the company as employee number five, 3.5 years ago. Before Settly she lived abroad for 9 years and worked at international start-ups and scale-ups for 15+ years (such as Uber and Skyteam) building out their HR, Mobility and/or Onboarding programs. At Settly she is responsible for client implementations, solutions consulting and driving customer satisfaction through technical and professional guidance. Having been an expat herself as well as having worked in HR and Mobility, Mirjam understands all sides of the relocation journey and the challenges that come with it.
