We’re excited to introduce our updated pricing model, designed with your needs in mind. Featuring flexible packages, benchmark-driven updates, and transparent options, this new approach ensures you get the best value while maintaining the exceptional relocation experience Settly is known for. Here’s everything you need to know about the benefits and features of our updated structure!
The Settly Access Fee provides access to the Settly Employer Portal, including features like automated case initiation, document storage, two-factor authentication, HRIS integration, cost reporting, bulk uploads, and SSO. It also covers account management services such as Slack access, quarterly check-ins, a dedicated Account Manager, and expedited response times. This ensures streamlined operations and high-quality support.
The new pricing model will come into effect on 1st February 2025.
We are updating our pricing model to better align with current industry standards, reflect the value of the services we provide, and ensure sustainability as we continue to deliver high-quality relocation solutions.
Existing cases initiated before 1st February 2025 will follow the original pricing structure. Ongoing services will continue under the old model until completion. Any new or additional services initiated after 1st February 2025 will follow the updated pricing model.
We conducted a thorough review of services, analyzed client needs, and benchmarked against industry best practices to create a fair, competitive, and transparent pricing model.
Three packages are offered: Short Stay, Relo Light, and Relo Complete. Each includes access to the Settly Platform, a dedicated host, partner support, and in-country formalities. Packages vary in duration and scope, with options to customize via add-ons. For more details, refer to the attached pricing guide.
You are not required to utilize all included services. Your account lead will assist in navigating the package to manage specific needs effectively.
Additional costs may apply for specific services, such as vendor fees, flight tickets, or temporary housing. All such costs will be transparently communicated upfront.
