Can I add itemised services on top of the bundles?

Yes, you can. The bundles offer a discount on grouped services. You are free to add any single services on top of that.

Can I replace one service in the bundle for another?

No, replacing services from the bundle is not an option. Discounts on the bundles are given after reviewing the combined services setup.

Are MVV and/or verification against EU law included in the Visa support part of the packages?

Yes, they are. Our pricing is transparent and without surprises, so you can easily budget and forecast.

Will I pay the Core package price per user?

The core price is a monthly subscription fee not linked to any individual user. It allows access to Settly’s platforms and account support, increasing with more users. (e.g., 15, 100, or 500).

Can I purchase a single service in case I just need, for example, an HSM visa?

Yes, you can purchase the itemised services as single services.
