Dennis Valkema has worked for more than 25 years in HR and Talent Management and has held various advisory and management functions. He worked more than three years at Lumesse as Country Manager Benelux. He then moved to Cornerstone OnDemand as Regional Director Benelux and Director of Channels & Alliances Benelux & the Nordics. From there he transitioned to Talentsoft to lead the Benelux as General Manage. When Dennis was approached by Deel, the fastest growing SaaS company in the world, and was asked to take on the role of Head of Expansion in a Benelux team, he couldn’t refuse. It has continued to be a rocketship story ever since he joined.

He started his recruiting career in San Francisco before moving to Amsterdam seven years ago.
